Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vokario ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Vokario is a vocabulary learning application that provides:

• Interactive vocabulary lessons and exercises
• Spaced repetition learning system
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Mini-games and quizzes

User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vokario and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit written permission.

Premium Features

Certain features of the App may be available only to premium subscribers. Premium subscriptions are subject to additional terms and billing policies.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vokario, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
